Alan Roth
Screenwriter and Industry Speaker
Alan Roth is a member and Fellow of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and serves as an adjunct professor of screenwriting at Fairleigh Dickinson’s School of the Arts.​ He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey with degrees in History and English Literature, then attended graduate school at Emerson College in Boston, where he received an MFA in Creative Writing. ​​He is a winner of the coveted Nicholl Fellowship Academy Award for best original screenplay (Jersey City Story).​​ Alan's next release will be The Book of Leah (starring Armand Assante).
